Holumino Towing operates as a dispatch and referral network connecting customers with independent towing and roadside assistance providers. Unless explicitly stated, Holumino Towing does not directly perform towing or roadside services.

4) Service Requests & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of the issue. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your vehicle and for following reasonable safety instructions. In unsafe conditions (e.g., traffic hazards, severe weather, unstable terrain), service may be delayed or declined.

5) Pricing, Quotes & Payments

Prices are determined by the independent service provider and may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, weather, road conditions, and service complexity. Quotes provided by dispatch are estimates unless explicitly stated as fixed. Payment is generally collected by the service provider at completion of service.

6) Response Times & Availability

We strive to dispatch service quickly (often within 15–30 minutes); however, response times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, location, weather, call volume, and provider availability.

7) Cancellations

If you cancel after a provider has been dispatched or has arrived, you may be responsible for a cancellation, service, or trip fee as determined by the provider. Please notify dispatch as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

8) Limitation of Liability

Holumino Towing is not liable for the acts, omissions, conduct, or service quality of independent providers. Any claims regarding service performance, damages, delays, or fees should be resolved directly with the service provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holumino Towing disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Disputes

If you have a service issue, you should first contact the service provider. If needed, you may also contact our dispatch support for assistance in communicating or documenting concerns. We may request details to investigate.

10) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Harass, threaten, or abuse dispatch staff or service providers
• Provide false location or vehicle information
• Interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorized access
